The Launch of the “Optimistic Pathways to Education (OPE)” Project

The EU-funded project Optimistic Pathways to Education (OPE) officially launched with a successful Kick-Off Meeting on the 16th-17th of July, bringing together partner organisations from Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Turkey, and Austria. The meeting marked the beginning of a collaborative journey to enhance student and teacher efficacy and promote holistic well-being in schools across Europe.

Hosted in a spirit of shared vision and cooperation, the meeting focused on defining the project’s strategic direction and laying the foundation for its initial activities. Partners engaged in discussions around the core themes of academic optimism, resilience, and inclusive education, setting the tone for an impactful implementation phase.

OPE aims to develop innovative strategies and practical tools that support the creation of more positive and inclusive educational environments. The project places particular emphasis on fostering school cultures that empower both learners and educators, addressing contemporary challenges while promoting well-being and personal growth.
