We are proud to announce that the Resilient Preschools project has been selected as one of five EU-funded projects from Cyprus to be awarded and showcased at the 2025 European Innovative Teaching Awards, organised by the European Commission. The EU-funded project Optimistic Pathways to Education (OPE) officially launched with a successful Kick-Off Meeting on the 16th-17th of July, bringing together partner organisations from Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Turkey, and Austria. The meeting marked the beginning of a collaborative journey to enhance student and teacher efficacy and promote holistic well-being in schools across Europe. IntegratESG is advancing the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles across European vocational education and small businesses. The project has recently introduced the IntegratESG Roadmap, an interactive framework designed to help VET providers and SMEs embed sustainability into their operations and curricula. Με μεγάλη επιτυχία πραγματοποιήθηκε η εναρκτήρια συνάντηση του έργου PERMA Digital στις 11 και 12 Ιουνίου στη Λευκωσία, με τη συμμετοχή εταίρων από την Κύπρο, την Ελλάδα, την Ιρλανδία, το Βέλγιο και τη Φινλανδία. Το PERMA Digital στοχεύει στην εφαρμογή μιας ολιστικής, σχολικής προσέγγισης για την ευημερία στον ψηφιακό εκπαιδευτικό χώρο. The Thriving Schools Project officially launched with its first transnational partner meeting in Nicosia, held on 12–13 May 2025. The initiative aims to implement a whole-school, systemic approach to mental health and wellbeing across schools in Europe. Co-funded under the EU’s policy experimentation framework and launched in March 2025, the project brings together partners from Greece, Cyprus, Romania, and Italy. The kickoff meeting focused on aligning visions and mapping out the first steps toward creating evidence-based policies and practices that foster wellbeing and strengthen social-emotional competencies within school communities. Στο πλαίσιο της δέσμευσής μας για την προώθηση αποτελεσματικών και χωρίς αποκλεισμούς υβριδικών εργασιακών περιβαλλόντων, το Ινστιτούτο Ανάπτυξης Κύπρου - N. Χαραλάμπους, συμμετείχε με επιτυχία στην διήμερη εκπαιδευτική συνάντηση (LTTA) του έργου STAY CONNECTED, που φιλοξενήθηκε από το Πανεπιστήμιο Πατρών στην Ελλάδα. Πέντε επαγγελματίες ανθρώπινου δυναμικού από κορυφαίες εταιρείες που εδρεύουν στην Κύπρο, ταξίδεψαν στην Πάτρα και μαζί με συναδέλφους τους από όλη την Ευρώπη, παρακολούθησαν ένα εντατικό πρόγραμμα εκπαίδευσης. Το πρόγραμμα επικεντρώθηκε σε στρατηγικές για υβριδικά εργασιακά περιβάλλοντα, την ψηφιακή συμπερίληψη και ευημερία, καθώς και τη χρήση καινοτόμων εργαλείων για τη στήριξη πολυποίκιλων ομάδων. A ground breaking learning opportunity for caregivers supporting the elderly took place online on January 27-28, 2024. The Ageing Well Project, with the active participation of Institute of Development and partners, successfully delivered a Train-the-Trainers Master Class, offering invaluable insights and practical strategies for enhancing the well-being of older adults. The interactive sessions featured live-evoking presentations and fostered the exchange of best practices in compassionate caregiving. Το Ινστιτούτο Ανάπτυξης στο πλαίσιο του Ευρωπαϊκού Έργου «Wellbeing at Kinder» έχει αναπτύξει και εφαρμόσει ένα καινοτόμο πρόγραμμα επαγγελματικής ανάπτυξης εκπαιδευτικών προσχολικής εκπαίδευσης με στόχο την βελτίωση της ευζωίας τους. Το πρόγραμμα επαγγελματικής ανάπτυξης αφορά εκπαιδευτικούς και γονείς παιδιών ηλικίας 0-6 και στηρίζεται στην λογική της  ασύγχρονης μάθησης παρέχοντας θεωρητικής αλλά και πρακτικής φύσης εκπαιδευτικό υλικό στη βάση πέντε καινοτόμων μεθοδολογιών: Θετική ψυχολογία, Αυτορρύθμιση, Yoga, Επαφή με τη Φύση, Μη-βίαιη Επικοινωνία, Γνωστική Ψυχολογία.  Στο πλαίσιο του έργου έχει αναπτυχθεί εγχειρίδιο για εκπαιδευτικούς και γονείς καθώς και μια σειρά εργαλείων όπως δραστηριότητες για ενήλικες αλλά και για παιδιά οι οποίες αποσκοπούν στην προώθηση της ευζωίας των συμμετεχόντων.
