On October 18th, in Paphos, during the National Erasmus+ Award Ceremony, organized by IDEP, and held as part of Erasmus Days, the RESILIENT PRESCHOOLS project was honoured with the Innovative Teaching Award by the European Commission. The Institute of Development (IoD) participated in this initiative within a consortium of six organisations from Cyprus, Greece, the Czech Republic, Romania, and Portugal. With the Cyprus Pedagogical Institute as coordinator, the partnership worked to strengthen psychological resilience and wellbeing in early childhood education. Following the partner meeting in Cyprus, the IntegratESG project has officially transitioned from design to full-scale implementation, focusing on translating ESG concepts into tangible digital learning tools and interactive modules. The project is now finalizing its multilingual Roadmap and developing a central digital hub that will feature scenario-based simulators and e-portfolios to support measurable ESG competence development for VET providers and SMEs. These upcoming resources aim to bridge the gap between strategic thinking and actionable organizational change through realistic, sector-specific learning experiences. The EU-funded project Optimistic Pathways to Education (OPE) officially launched with a successful Kick-Off Meeting on the 16th-17th of July, bringing together partner organisations from Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Turkey, and Austria. The meeting marked the beginning of a collaborative journey to enhance student and teacher efficacy and promote holistic well-being in schools across Europe. The Thriving Schools Project officially launched with its first transnational partner meeting in Nicosia, held on 12–13 May 2025. The initiative aims to implement a whole-school, systemic approach to mental health and wellbeing across schools in Europe. Co-funded under the EU’s policy experimentation framework and launched in March 2025, the project brings together partners from Greece, Cyprus, Romania, and Italy. The kickoff meeting focused on aligning visions and mapping out the first steps toward creating evidence-based policies and practices that foster wellbeing and strengthen social-emotional competencies within school communities. Στο πλαίσιο της δέσμευσής μας για την προώθηση αποτελεσματικών και χωρίς αποκλεισμούς υβριδικών εργασιακών περιβαλλόντων, το Ινστιτούτο Ανάπτυξης Κύπρου - N. Χαραλάμπους, συμμετείχε με επιτυχία στην διήμερη εκπαιδευτική συνάντηση (LTTA) του έργου STAY CONNECTED, που φιλοξενήθηκε από το Πανεπιστήμιο Πατρών στην Ελλάδα. Πέντε επαγγελματίες ανθρώπινου δυναμικού από κορυφαίες εταιρείες που εδρεύουν στην Κύπρο, ταξίδεψαν στην Πάτρα και μαζί με συναδέλφους τους από όλη την Ευρώπη, παρακολούθησαν ένα εντατικό πρόγραμμα εκπαίδευσης. Το πρόγραμμα επικεντρώθηκε σε στρατηγικές για υβριδικά εργασιακά περιβάλλοντα, την ψηφιακή συμπερίληψη και ευημερία, καθώς και τη χρήση καινοτόμων εργαλείων για τη στήριξη πολυποίκιλων ομάδων. Παράλληλα, πραγματοποιήθηκε διακρατική συνάντηση των εταίρων του έργου, με στόχο την αξιολόγηση της προόδου, την ενίσχυση της συνεργασίας και τον στρατηγικό σχεδιασμό των επόμενων βημάτων για την αποτελεσματική υλοποίηση του έργου σε όλες τις χώρες-εταίρους.…
